Who is Wally Bedlington?

I started this journal in 2019 and over the course of seven years told the story of my recovery from a structural disassociation, complex trauma and addiction.  
I ended this journal with a belief I have been protected all my life by a power we are all connected to and by, possibly on a quantum level and perhaps the conscious of the universe itself.
It could also be one of the many ways my brain has protected me from harm by the overwhelming reality of the last two decades. Whatever it is, I called my protector BLU, the Big Loving Universe, and my next project www.theBLUbook.co.uk is all about it because if someone like me can make it to here? Then anyone can.
